LEARNING OBJECTIVES FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION WORKSHOP

Participants attending the TxSA educational workshops offering AST approved CE credits will

be able to:

1. Enhance and update their knowledge of current best practices in various surgical

specialties as outlined in the various speaker presentations.

2. Obtain continuing education credits for maintenance of their CST or CSFA credentials,

as required by the Texas State Law as condition of employment.

3. Discuss the pathological indications for various surgical interventions and describe the

expected and unexpected outcomes.

4. Network with fellow practitioners within the state assembly to build professional

relationships.
